Recap of Indian Food Odyssey – Celebrating India, One State a Day

6th May, 2014

Last month was a wonderful cooking journey through the different Indian states. Myself with several other bloggers, traveled the Indian states alphabetically through the culinary path. This was such a lovely learning experience and we had a wonderful time learning about several authentic recipes from different states. Few of the states were easy to find, but being a vegetarian I had to research a lot for the North Eastern states. It was not easy but we had a very good time interacting with each other while learning a lot.

Here is a recap of the whole month for easy reference. Hope you enjoy them as much as I did!
