3 Ingredient Banana Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Banana - 1 large
Quick cooking oats - 3/4 cup
Chocolate chips - 1/4 cup
Pre-heat the oven to 350 F. Layer a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, mash the banana. Overripe bananas work the best and since the cookies have no added sugar, it helps in adding sweetness.
Add about 1/2 cup of oats and the chocolate chip and mix. If the mixture appears too wet, add more oatmeal to bring it to right consistency. We should be able to gather it up and shape it.
Using your hands, gather up a small scoop of dough and flatten it. Place it on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake at 350 F for 15 to 18 minutes or until the cookies are light brown.
Place them on a wire rack to cool and enjoy!
