Gozleme is a Turkish special flatbread with different kinds of filling. This is one of my favorite with spinach and Feta cheese. This is a wonderful flatbread that is crusty outside with soft and chewy inside filled with delicious filling.

To make the dough - – 3 cups All Purpose flour – 2 ¼ teaspoon Active Dry yeast – 1 teaspoon Sugar – 3 tablespoon Olive oil – 2 tablespoon Yogurt – 1 teaspoon Salt – 1 ¼ cup Warm water might need more or less To make the Filling - – 10 oz Spinach chopped – 1 Onion finely chopped – 8 oz Feta cheese – 1 ½ teaspoon Crushed red pepper adjust based on spice level – 2 teaspoon Olive oil
