– In a a small bowl, sift the flour and the cocoa together. You could just whisk them together, but I like to sift the cocoa as they lump up and sifting makes a smooth brownie. – Add the sugar to the sifted flour mixture.
– In the baking dish (microwavable dish) that we are going to make the brownie, measure the oil and the water. Add the vanilla extract to it and mix. – Now add the salt and the sifted cocoa/flour mixture and gently mix to combine.
– Add 1 tablespoon of chocolate chip and mix. Top with the remaining chocolate chip and microwave it in high for one minute. – Insert a toothpick to see if it cooked inside and if needed, microwave it for 15 more seconds.
– Serve as is or top with ice cream or whipped cream and serve!
