– 1 cup Yogurt – 1 ½ cups Cold Water – 2 Green chili adjust based on your liking – ½ cup Cilantro – ½ inch Ginger – ½ teaspoon Roasted Cumin powder – ½ teaspoon Chaat Masala – Salt as needed
– Combine all the ingredients mentioned above in a blender and blend to a smooth consistency.
– Serve right away sprinkled with a little bit more cumin powder or chill until ready to serve.
– You can make a large quantity of this and refrigerate to consume through the day.
