- Butter - 1 TBSP
- M&M candy - as much as you like
Step-by-step process

- Let the Chocolate Fudge cool down to room temperature.
- Cover it loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a couple of hours to completely set.
- Once the Fudge has been set, remove it from the pan and cut it into desired size. Use a sharp knife to cut through the fudge.
Expert Tips
- Use good-quality chocolate to make the fudge. I like a mix of semi-sweet and milk but you can use any of your choice.
- Using chocolate chips is a great option to make this fudge as they melt evenly.
- Make sure to melt the chocolate in low flame to ensure we have a smooth mixture. The fudge tastes way better when it is smooth and melts in the mouth.
- Definitely leave a parchment sheet overhang as it makes it so much easier to remove the fudge when it hardens.
- Use any kind of candy or nuts or chocolate chip on top.
Frequently asked questions
Chocolate fudge can be stored in an air-tight container on the countertop for a couple of weeks. I like to store it in the refrigerator for up to a month. We can also freeze the homemade chocolate fudge for 3 to 4 months.
Remove the fudge a couple of hours before serving and let it thaw at room temperature.
I let the fudge set at room temperature for an hour or so and then set it further for a couple of hours in the refrigerator.

Lucky you Sandhya, you don't like chocolate. I love chocolate and given a choice, I always pick chocolate. I am planning on baking some cookies for my nephew and of the two recipes I narrowed down, the one with choco chips won 🙂 .
Beautiful and colorful chocolate fudge and colorful M&Ms adorn the fudge.
